John Fraser, Chairman & CEO
John Fraser, Founder and CEO of MEDNET, is a nationally recognized expert in the fields of healthcare community building, security, networking and communications. MEDNET is Mr. Fraser’s second company, having co-founded VisionShare Inc., a highly successful healthcare software company, in the year 2000.

Michael Howe - Board Member
Michael Howe is the former CEO of MinuteClinic, joining MinuteClinic in June of 2005. Under Howe's leadership, MinuteClinic expanded to more than 500 clinics in 27 states. In 2006 MinuteClinic was acquired by CVS Corporation.  In 2007 Howe was appointed to the Minnesota Governor's Healthcare Transformation Task Force.  In addition to being CEO of MinuteClinic and Arby's, Mr. Howe held executive positions with Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo.  Howe has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Accounting degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Martin Sabo - Board Member
Martin Olav Sabo is the former Congressman from Minnesota's 5th District.  Elected to the Minnesota State Legislature at the age of 22, he served as minority leader and later Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives during his tenure from 1960-78 and also as president, National Conference of State Legislatures  In the U.S. House of Representatives, (1979-2006) Mr. Sabo chaired the Budget Committee, sat on the Appropriations Commitee and was ranking member of the Appropriations Committee's Homeland Security Subcommittee.  Since his retirement from Congress, he has served as co-chair of the National Transportation Policy Project of the Bipartisan Policy Center.

Ken Hendrickson – Board Member
Mr. Hendrickson was Chairman of the Board of Xiotech Corporation and served as CEO from March of 2003 until December of 2003. Mr. Hendrickson was CEO and Chairman of Ancor Communications Corporation from 1997 to 2000, when Qlogic Corporation acquired the company. Prior to that, Mr. Hendrickson served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Microcomputer Electronics Group at Western Digital, President of the Archive Technology Division of Archive Corporation, President of the Printer Products division of Genicom Corporation and Vice President and General Manager of the Large Disk Division of Control Data Corporation.

David B. M. Jones – Board Member
Mr. Jones was CEO (2001 to 2002) of Allina Hospitals and Clinics with $1.7 Billion in annual revenues. From 2000-2001, Mr. Jones was the CFO of Allina Health System, with over $3 Billion in annual revenues. Before that, Mr. Jones held President, CFO and COO positions with other Allina hospitals and health systems.

Charles Neerland – Board Member
Mr. Neerland has worked in business and government in the Twin Cities for more than 40 years, serving as deputy mayor of Minneapolis in the early '70s. Mr. Neerland also worked in executive capacities for commercial and investment banking enterprises in the Twin Cities. He served for two years as president of the Minnesota Technology Corridor Corporation.

Arvonne Fraser – Board Member, Secretary/Treasurer

Arvonne Fraser is a former U.S. Ambassador to the UN Commission on the Status of Women and Senior Fellow Emerita of the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota. An investor and landlord for the last fifty years, she was treasurer of 1st SE Corporation, board member of VisionShare, and founder of numerous national non-profits. Fraser is co-editor of Developing Power: How Women Transformed International Development, author of numerous articles, and her memoir: She’s No Lady.
